We have predefined plans with different calories and macros, depending on your fitness objectives, ranging from 1200 to 4500 calories per day.
Our daily plans are made with our standardized recipes, so you know you'll be getting exactly the right macros, day after day, regardless of which recipes you choose!

We weigh all ingredients before cooking, and after cooking, to account for any gain/loss of weight.

We built our own recipe editor (connected to Nutrition Canada’s database) and a production app for our kitchen to track every gram with full traceability.
